WE LOWER COSTS FOR LONGER STAYS
Instead of booking on a nightly basis like a traditional hotel, our guests tend to book with us for a week, month, or longer. Since we have less turnover, we pass the savings on to you with weekly and monthly rates that cost less per night the longer you stay!
WE FOCUS ON THE AMENITIES YOU NEED
Enjoy cooking your favorite meals and saving money by eating in. Each of our suites includes a kitchen with essential appliances like a two-burner cooktop, microwave, sink, refrigerator and freezer, allowing you to save money by bringing your own plates, silverware, pots, pans or coffee makers. If you’d prefer to add these items to your stay, Kitchen Packs are available for purchase at the front desk.
WE OFFER HOUSEKEEPING EVERY OTHER WEEK
Guest rooms are cleaned and sanitized using our Simply CLEAN protocol prior to your arrival. Then, we provide bi-weekly housekeeping during the remainder of your stay. We let you choose if you want more frequent housekeeping services, which can be purchased and scheduled.
