Submitting a nomination is simple. Enter your General Manager’s name and property location, then share your experience and what made your stay stand out.

By submitting a nomination, you agree to the following terms:

Eligibility
Nominations are open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age and have previously stayed at a WoodSpring Suites property. Nominations must be based on a genuine guest experience. General Managers nominated must be current full-time employees of WoodSpring Suites. Employees are not eligible to submit nominations. Limit one (1) nomination per person.

Nomination Requirements
Submissions must include accurate and complete information about the nominee and the guest experience. Choice Hotels reserves the right to disqualify any submission that is incomplete, inaccurate, or inconsistent with brand standards.

Content Usage Rights
By submitting a nomination, you grant Choice Hotels International, Inc., WoodSpring Suites, and their respective partners, affiliates, and agencies the right to use, edit, adapt, publish, and distribute your submission, including any text, photos, videos, or other materials provided ("Submission Content"), for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes in any media, now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, without additional compensation or notice.

If selected, nominees may be required to provide additional consent for the use of their name, likeness, and participation in campaign-related content.

Selection Process
Nominations will be reviewed and evaluated by Choice Hotels and its designated partners based on internal selection criteria. Selection is not based on public voting. All decisions are final and not subject to appeal.

Participation Requirements
Selected nominees may be invited to participate in campaign-related activities, including interviews and filming, and must comply with all production and brand guidelines. Failure to comply or be available during the designated timeframe may result in disqualification or replacement.

Data Use and Privacy
Information submitted as part of the nomination process will be used for the administration of this campaign and in accordance with Choice Hotels' privacy policies. Submission data will be accessible to authorized personnel and retained as necessary for campaign execution and related purposes.

Publicity and Social Media
By submitting a nomination, you agree that nominee names, stories, and related content may be shared publicly as part of campaign promotion.
